Itinerary: Ara Bel Valley – Burkan Valley – Jyluu Suu hot springs – Tong Ashuu pass (4000m) – Kok Bulak Jailoo – Bokonbaevo

On this tour we will cross two beautiful valleys which are full of small lakes, glaciers and great rock formations
On our way will be ancient Petroglyphs – ancient rock carvings
We will spend one night close to Jyluu Suu hot springs, where you can swim and take a rest
Day 1: Our drivers will pick you up and bring you to Ara Bel Valley in the morning, which is located 3 hours from Bokonbaevo by car. Ara Bel is a flat and broad valley with high mountain peaks on each side. On our first day we will pass many lakes and glaciers. We slowly descend on serpentines and enter the Burkan valley. Here we will spend the first night after a long but pleasant hike in the valley.
Day 2: The second day we will completely spend with hiking through the Burkan valley. This will be a very enjoyable hike, as we slowly descend. Burkan valley is completely flat and surrounded by high mountain peaks, small streams and glaciers. We will spend the night in this huge valley.
Day 3: After breakfast we will continue our hike and pass beautiful rock formations. We will spend our lunch time close to old petroglyphs – ancient rock carvings. In the afternoon we will follow the Jyluu Suu River and reach its source at the end of this day: The Jyluu Suu hot springs. Here you can swim and rest before the coming day.
Day 4: Today will be a tough day for us: We are going to cross the Tong Ashuu pass which is located on 4000m. From this pass you will have a beautiful panoramic view of both Issyk-Kul and the Tien-Shan mountains. On this day we will descend and pass many small lakes on the way. We reach Kok Bulak Jailoo (summer pasture) where many shepherds live and spend the night there.
Day 5: Today is the last day of our tour. After a long sleep and a good breakfast we will slowly descend and follow rivers on our way back home to Bokonbaevo.
